Machine Tool Bed

The bed is formed through multiple processes including welding, heat treatment, rough machining, precision machining, and painting.

Beam

The beam adopts a welded structure. It undergoes rough machining after stress-relief annealing, followed by precision machining after secondary vibration aging treatment. This process effectively eliminates stresses induced by welding and machining, significantly enhancing the machine tool’s stability.

Dual-Station Design

The dual-station setup allows one station to perform cutting while the other simultaneously handles loading/unloading via crane, significantly reducing idle time for material handling.

Cutting Protection

Protective sheet metal panels are installed on both sides of the beam, covered with a flame-resistant plate to prevent splattering of molten slag during cutting. Additionally, the equipment is equipped with cameras for real-time monitoring of the cutting process.

Adaptive Tekla Integration

Real-time profile size measurement and compensation prevent cutting misalignment, head collisions, and incomplete cuts. The nesting software seamlessly interfaces with Tekla for efficient drafting and material layout.

3D 5-Axis Technology

The 3D 5-axis technology delivers ultra-high efficiency, achieving processing speeds up to 15 times faster than manual operations.

Bevel Cutting

A one-stop solution for steel structure fabrication, capable of processing both plates and profiles for composite welded sections. In addition to straight cutting, it performs bevel cutting – multiple machining requirements fulfilled by a single machine.

The ultimate safety guarantee intelligent control system

the Bochu steel section cutting system, adopts a visual coarse positioning + visual fine positioning method. It uses the BCW contour scanner to measure and compensate for the deviation between the steel section workpiece and the drawing in real time, ensuring processing accuracy and stability, and avoiding cutting misalignment and head collision problems caused by the inconsistency between the drawing and the actual workpiece.

Workpiece Precision Compensation

Precise tool path compensation for both flanges and web plates minimizes thermal deformation while producing smooth, single-pass cuts. This eliminates complex secondary processes and reduces labor costs.

Collision/interference protection

automatic adjustment of contour parameters + interference detection of the cutting head model.

Schmelzbad-Erkennung
