8-axis agility and ultra-long arm span

The innovative 8-axis cantilever design and ultra-long mechanical arm span can move in the X and Y directions. It is suitable for welding various medium and large components, especially welding workpieces with high heights. It has high flexibility and intelligent welding functions in a large working space.

3D vision system

Transformed into an “intelligent craftsman”, it automatically scans the workpiece and quickly generates welding paths. The entire process requires no human intervention, injecting new intelligent kinetic energy into welding production.

Intelligent programming without teaching, no need to draw, automatic modeling

Model Import: This technology eliminates the need for manual teaching and programming, allowing complex tasks to be easily accomplished with simple setup. Traditional manual teaching and programming are unnecessary. The welding posture, positioning posture, and moving path are all calculated by the software.

Reverse Modeling: This is primarily targeted at H-beam workpieces without 3D digital models. A line laser stereo camera scans the entire workpiece to generate corresponding point cloud information for workpiece reconstruction. The weld seams are then extracted for trajectory planning, welding process matching, and precise weld seam identification, completing the welding process. This reverse modeling of point cloud information is performed.

Fully enclosed ground rail protection design, extra-long travel

It can continuously weld oversized workpieces. The fully enclosed ground rail is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and welding slag, iron filings, and dust cannot enter seamlessly! It can operate stably for a long time in harsh environments, reducing maintenance frequency.

The flap operating table can be closed to prevent dust and protect the machine more durable

The flip-up operating table adopts an openable and closable cover design. When not in use, the cover can be closed to form a strict protection to prevent dust, debris and other impurities from entering the operating table, reducing failures and damage, reducing the frequency of daily cleaning, extending the service life of the equipment, and allowing the operating table to always maintain a good operating state, providing stable power for subsequent operations.

Encrypted foundation and stable support equipment

Encrypted design eliminates welding vibration and displacement, high strength load-bearing capacity, adapts to heavy-load working conditions of robots, and precise installation and positioning, reducing later debugging costs.

Bottom 4+2 slider design

The bottom sliders of the welding wire drum have a symmetrical and balanced layout, precisely distributing the weight of the equipment. This ensures even force distribution on the upper layer of the ground rail, avoiding operational deviations caused by localized overload, allowing the machine to remain stable during long-term operation, and reducing vibration wear on internal components. This ensures welding accuracy and significantly extends the overall service life of the machine.

Real-time water-cooled welding gun

Cooling the welding gun in real time can ensure continuous and stable operation for a long time.

Precise and Automatic Obstacle Avoidance Through Weld Holes

3D vision and laser detection capture hole positions in real time, identifying deviations with an accuracy of ±0.05mm; automatic path planning ensures smooth hole avoidance with the welding torch and stable transition at hole edges; dynamic compensation algorithm guarantees uniform weld formation, conforming to international standards; pre-stored parameters for multiple workpieces enable efficient changeovers and significantly reduce rework and material waste.

Automatic matching process

The optimal welding process is automatically matched instantly according to the material and thickness of different workpieces. Whether it is welding in a narrow space or a complex welding task that requires multi-angle switching, the flexible nine-axis design can complete it accurately, making every weld flawless.

Digital Twin

Offline and online use the same software virtual environment to quickly simulate welding posture and positioning movements, and use automatic obstacle avoidance algorithms to quickly generate welding paths without the need for professional intervention.
