The bed is formed through multiple processes including welding, heat treatment, rough machining, finishing
and painting. The gear and rack transmission form is adopted to ensure the longitudinal feed accuracy
requirements of the machine tool.
The crossbeam adopts a welded structure, which is rough-machined after annealing to eliminate internal stress, and fine-machined after secondary vibration aging treatment. It effectively
solves the stress caused by welding and processing, thereby greatly improving the stability of
the machine tool.
Front and rear chuck support design, automatic center adjustment, suitable for all
types of pipes, the fastest chuck speed can reach 120rpm/min, and the maximum
chuck moving speed is 60m/min.
Z-axis follows quickly and with high accuracy;
Professional customized Japanese SMC proportional valve,
Pressure ≤ 1.2MPa, (other types ≤ 0.9MPa, ordinary type);
High pressure control accuracy, good stability, and more efficient gas consumption;
Sensitivity of 0.2kPa, linearity within ± 1%;
Professional customized Japanese SMC solenoid valve, pressure ≤ 3MPa,(Other brands ≤ 2MPa, ordinary type);
Simple gas switching, fast speed, and high accuracy;
Pipe cutting expert, capable of cutting most special-shaped pipes such as round
pipes, square pipes, rectangular pipes and oval pipes.
Ensure tested quality through 100% maximum inspection;
Adjust the gap between the spur gear and the rack by align
ing the gears and marking the high points; Having unique
actual operational accuracy;
