Adopting a fully enclosed outer casing design, the protection level meets the industry’s high standards, completely isolating sparks, dust, debris, and noise during laser processing, preventing light leakage, protecting operator safety, and featuring a front-positioned material table for easy maintenance.

Marble Bed

Having undergone tens of thousands of years of sedimentation, the internal stress has completely disappeared, resulting in extremely stable shape. It will not deform due to normal temperature differences, providing a solid foundation for high-precision work. It also has a certain shock absorption effect, resulting in higher precision in the cut workpieces.

Hydraulic Lifting Table

The loading table and cutting table are completely separated, ensuring stable lifting and switching without interference. During processing, there is no vertical separation; everything is at the same working height. The Z-axis travel is shortened, enhancing rigidity and stability.

This results in simpler operation, faster and more precise running, and quiet and reliable operation. Eliminating traditional complex components avoids the need for continuous lubrication and wear.

The non-contact, open design ensures no contact or friction between the reading head and the measuring steel strip during movement and reading. Electronic components are integrated within the reading head, resulting in stable performance and a compact structure, achieving high speed, high resolution, and high accuracy. Resolution reaches 0.1μm, real-time monitoring of axis movement position and error correction are implemented, and repeatability is controlled within 5μm.

Tracked Chip Conveyor

Utilizing a high-strength track structure, this chip conveyor can quickly handle various types of metal slag, including large and small pieces and clumps. Its enclosed design prevents cutting spatter, keeps the processing area clean, and reduces manual cleaning costs. The chip conveyor creates a relatively closed environment with the machine tool, resulting in better dust removal.
