3D vision and laser detection capture hole positions in real time, identifying deviations with an accuracy of ±0.05mm; automatic path planning ensures smooth hole avoidance with the welding torch and stable transition at the hole edges; dynamic compensation algorithms guarantee uniform weld formation.
The fully enclosed ground rail is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, preventing welding slag, iron filings, and dust from entering! It can operate stably for extended periods in harsh environments, reducing maintenance frequency and extending service life; the internal cabling design prevents workpieces or heavy objects from falling and damaging the cables, ensuring stable equipment operation.
The bottom of the welding wire drum is equipped with 4+2 sliders, a symmetrical and balanced layout that precisely distributes the weight of the equipment. This ensures even force distribution on the upper layer of the ground rail, avoiding operational deviations caused by localized overloads, allowing the machine to remain stable during long-term operation, and reducing wear and tear on internal components due to vibration.
Cools the welding torch in real time, ensuring continuous and stable operation. Through dynamic temperature control, the heat-affected zone is reduced, ensuring consistent weld quality. The lifespan of the welding torch is extended by 2-3 times, reducing maintenance costs.
Transforms into a “smart craftsman,” automatically scanning workpieces and quickly generating welding paths, requiring no human intervention throughout the entire process.
