Requirements for the Demander's Personnel: The technical personnel receiving the training should at least have an education level of senior high school or above (including senior high school education), and the stability of the personnel should be ensured. The number of trainees: 2 - 3 people per single workstation.
Contents of the Training:
- Theoretical knowledge of the robot, practical programming theory and operation, daily maintenance of the equipment, and handling of equipment failures.
- Theoretical knowledge of the welding machine, practical operation instructions, daily maintenance of the equipment, and handling of equipment failures.
- Theoretical knowledge of other hardware equipment such as the electrical control system, practical operation instructions, daily maintenance of the equipment, and handling of equipment failures.
Training Stages and Time:
First Stage: During the pre-acceptance stage, at the supplier's installation and debugging site, the technical personnel of the demander can participate in the training, and the training shall not be less than 2 days.
Second Stage: During the demander's site stage, that is, during the installation and debugging stage at the demander's site, the technical personnel of the demander receiving the training need to follow the arrangements of the supplier and learn the installation and debugging of the equipment throughout the process.
Third Stage: After the installation and debugging, the supplier will conduct a centralized training for the technical personnel of the demander for 1 - 2 weeks. And the technical personnel of the demander shall be assessed, and a confirmation letter of the assessment results shall be issued, which will serve as a basis for the demander to arrange personnel.
Note: If the testing and acceptance are interrupted due to the failure of the site auxiliary facilities (such as power supply, surrounding environment, etc.) and the environment not meeting the requirements for the normal operation of the equipment, the demander shall immediately repair it to ensure the conditions for the normal operation of the equipment. During the acceptance process, if it is found that the equipment is short in quantity, damaged, or does not conform to the contract terms and quality standards, the supplier shall be responsible for replenishing and replacing it.
- After the installation and debugging of the equipment are completed at the demander's factory, the demander shall confirm the integrity of the whole equipment. Subsequently, the training personnel of the supplier shall conduct an operation training for the operators arranged by the demander, which will last for 2 to 3 days, and confirm all the training items one by one. After the training, the demander shall organize personnel to conduct the acceptance within one week, and the final acceptance of the equipment shall come into effect after being signed by the acceptance representatives of both parties.
- Under normal circumstances, the quality guarantee period of the equipment is 12 months after the final acceptance, starting from the date of signing the final acceptance. If the installation and acceptance cannot be carried out in a timely manner due to the reasons of the demander, the quality guarantee period of the equipment shall start to be calculated one month after the date of arrival of the equipment. If the demander does not conduct the acceptance of the equipment within one week after the installation, debugging and training of the equipment, the equipment shall be deemed to have passed the acceptance.
- If any main component is damaged due to quality problems during the quality guarantee period, our company undertakes to replace it free of charge, and recalculate the quality guarantee period for this component. During the quality guarantee period, the supplier shall provide equipment maintenance and technical support free of charge. After receiving the notice from the user, the supplier must ensure that theequipment resumes normal operation within one week.
- The after-sales service during the quality guarantee period shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Our company undertakes to provide a 7*24-hour response service. Our company shall respond to the demander within 2 hours after receiving the service notice (by phone or letter), and provide guidance to troubleshoot the problems through instant messaging platforms such as telephone and WeChat. For problems that the user cannot solve by himself, our company undertakes that the personnel will arrive at the user's site for maintenance within 48 hours. After the personnel arrive at the site, for general problems of the equipment, the fault shall be solved and production shall be resumed within 48 hours.
- After the quality guarantee period, our company undertakes to provide lifelong technical support and guarantee services for the equipment. If our company has relevant software for upgrading, we will provide the upgrade for the user free of charge. For the maintenance of the equipment outside the quality guarantee period, the cost of hardware materials and personnel expenses will be charged.
- Our company undertakes to recommend the manufacturers of spare parts to ensure that the user can purchase consumables and spare parts with high quality and low price. Our company also reserves spare parts and consumables, and can provide emergency support temporarily.
- Our company undertakes that after the equipment is delivered for use, our personnel will ensure the production at the demander's site for one week.
