The flip-top control panel features an openable and closable cover design. When not in use, the cover can be closed to form a tight seal, preventing dust, debris, and other impurities from entering the control panel, reducing malfunctions and damage, lowering the frequency of daily cleaning, and extending the equipment’s service life.
Cools the welding torch in real time, ensuring continuous and stable operation. Through dynamic temperature control, the heat-affected zone is reduced, ensuring consistent weld quality. The lifespan of the welding torch is extended by 2-3 times, reducing maintenance costs.
The bottom sliders of the welding wire drum have a symmetrical and balanced layout, precisely distributing the weight of the equipment. This ensures even force distribution on the upper layer of the ground rail, avoiding operational deviations caused by localized overload, allowing the machine to remain stable during long-term operation, and reducing vibration wear on internal components.
